yamaha lawsuit?

i saw a commercial on tv mentioning a law firm that can assist you in filing and winning a lawsuit against yamaha if you were injured on their Rhino Vehicle…

im wondering, can yamaha, or any other product-selling companies for that matter, have the consumer sign something saying that if you get hurt on this product we are not held liable?

would people still buy it?

      The consumer sign something saying that if you get hurt on this product we are not held.
