By using his argument, millions of Jews deserved to die in Nazi Death Camps because of their behavior. It’s one thing to represent a client making sure one’s legal rights are preserved and a fair trial is afforded the accused. But demonizing a 7-year old’s behavior as just cause for her death goes beyond ethics, and in effect casts a pall over the fair trial for the innocent victim.

The “level playing field” of our Court system has an odor of rot and decay fueled by such antics and soleless tactics to improve their defense record by obtaining an acquital at any cost and any means imagineable. Hopefully the jury will be justly outraged and provide true justice to the victim.
