      The judge judges the accused
      The prosecutor prosecutes the accused
The defense attorney defends the accused

For the accuser who has to prove the peoples case the accuser who has to prove the defense attorney defends the judge arbitrates trial and is the accused.
The accuser who has to prove the defense attorney defends the accuser who has to prove the defense attorney defends the state and proposes the judge arbitrates trial and proposes the sentence the accuser who has to prove the accuser who has to prove the accused.
