    It is Article III. It is the shortest the first three, granting incredibly limited powers.

    They have the power only to create subordinate courts; they do not even have the power (thankfully) to compel another branch to obey its findings.

    The Founding Fathers knew what they were doing!

    Article III, Section 1, of the Constitution: “The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish…” There’s more but I assume that’s what you need and can use a search engine if you need more.

    I hope I didn’t just do your homework for you. That would be really crummy if you’re using Yahoo answers for that. You’ll grow up lazy and maybe dumb.
