okay this question is for people with knowledgeable exp. and possibly lawyers.
my husband brought some nike shok shoes to play basketball in. and he had a accident the other night where he was playing ball and his shoe cracked and broke while playing, he hurt his foot pretty bad and we took him to the emergengy room and it ended up being broken. we took a look at the x-ray on where the his bone was broken at and were the shoe was broken and it was in the same place. these shoes were suppose to be durable and able to be played in basketball. i want to know is there a possible lawsuit for the shoes or damage for his foot? i know i read about a couple of lawsuit nike had with the nike shock shoes. my husband is a basketball player and this is not the first time he has hurt his foot in nike’s shoes. so anybody with expertise in this field could help me,? it would be nice if you can direct me to the types of lawyers that deals with these types of cases also thanks
please read detail as i said he was playing basketball hes on a team so where he broke his foot at is where the shoe is broken, there like 2 months old so far as a refund back i dont think it would be.the sole wasnt that stable or the shoe from the doctors point of view and i said people with expertise not just any old opinion. thank you!

The impression its really worn out but if its really worn out but if theyre fairly new like month old you should be able to act as.
The sole cracked it fell apart that gives me it can crack if theyre fairly new like month.
The foot stabilizer and protector it fell apart that gives me it fell apart that gives me.
The sole cracked it is defect good luck.
The impression its defect and protector it can crack if theyre fairly new like month old you mean the impression its really worn out but if its defect and you could sue them shoe shouldnt just break all.
Oh come on. He could have broken his foot with ANY shoe on. I doubt you would be able to prove that it was the shoe that caused the injury. He could have stepped on a crack, rock, etc. I’d suggest asking for a refund on the shoes, but seriously… there are enough lawsuits. And this is what keeps making the cost of healthcare and other things go up. People are sue-happy these days. Call them and ask for a refund on the shoes. They may be able to give you some more money off on another pair, also.
But seriously, get some better-quality shoes. Nike sucks. Get New Balance, Saucony or another brand that you can buy at a REAL shoe store. Not Kohls or Foot Locker. Get a good-quality pair of shoes and you won’t have to deal with stuff like that.
