My father got served with lawsuit papers yesterday and I want to know if that is public record and how I go about finding out what the lawsuit is about. When I asked him he gave me a vague answer so, I want to just find out on my own now.

   An allegation for the truth not every lawsuit that kind of thing before you can go to it advise you go to your states judicial website you might mistake an allegation.

   The county clerks office where the suit was filed public record.
