I have had a lawsuit filed against me, per all the documentation that I have I have not broken any law, can I file a frivolous lawsuit against the plantiffs that filed against me.

      Frivolous lawsuits will be thrown out. All lawsuits must have some merit.

      The charges against you are innocentthen you by showing your proof and documentation then if the court prove you have to rebutt the charges against.
