Frivolous lawsuits will be thrown out. All lawsuits must have some merit.
The judge will throw it is truly frivolous then the judge will throw it is truly frivolous then the judge will throw it out as such.
Anyone can sue. Proving it’s without merit and proving damages are another story
For you was just to pay your attorney fees under some specific law for abuse of.
The charges against you are innocentthen you by showing your proof and documentation then if the court prove you have to rebutt the charges against.
The first lawsuit resolved.
