sin b asked:

Is there a confidentiality thing or agreement a court can put in between two people that prevents them from speaking about any personal relationships. More for the reason of prevention of slander and such.

No there is nothing on the side of the court that prevents one of the two persons in court to talk about aniting, here is what you can do:

If you are going to court and the other person brings personal information to discusion and you are asked a question that have somethink to do whti what you dont want to talk about THEN you plea the fifth, you just say “I plea the fift on that question your honor” So you dont have to answere that question. It works all the time.

For example then restraining order may be some threat ruining your reputation by spreading lies is not sufficient.
