Is the free exercise of religion slowly being stolen by The Supreme Court?
As the free exercise of religion is comming under fire in many ways by our laws and power is gradually taken away from religious leaders and belivers, that power seems to rest in the hands of The Supreme Court!
In all justice, how can an organization take religious rights or power into there own hands without being religious leaders of a religious movement.
As all humanity requires some form of religious exercise, that power can not be taken away without exercised!
So in that case, The Supreme Court must needs become a religious establishment unto us to compensate for loss of our own. Or what?

No, they aren’t.
Most Supreme Court rulings recently have actually tended towards increasing individual religious rights.
