I and another party are submitting offers on a property. I really want this property, but cannot go higher than the list price. I just found out that i know the seller. Is it legal or ehtical for me to talk to the seller to see if i can get an inside track?

      The seller knows you really want the seller knows you really want the house they may decide youll be willing to pay top dollar for it.
