Lauren A asked:

My fiance and I rented a house from his parents and moved out about 2 weeks ago. They stopped sending mail to the old address as the mail-lady knew we moved away. My fiance never gave them the change of address form, so a lot of his mail is being sent back. Well his mother called him and said the mail lady asked, “Why hasn’t your son filled out the change of address form yet? Is he just trying to avoid the tons of medical bills he gets everyday?” My fiance is dealing with a horrible back injury that needs surgery and may also have cancer. He hadn’t told his parents about any of this yet, because they are under a ton of stress and his mother is ill as well. The last thing he wanted was to worry her about this. Now she knows, because of this darn mail-lady talking about his mail! His parents didn’t have access to our mail when we rented from them as they lived up the street and we had our own box. Isn’t this a federal offense, is it legal to talk about someone’s personal mail?

I don’t believe it’s illegal to talk about one’s mail - if she had opened his mail and was reading it to his mother, that would be a different story. However, in saying that, it was EXTREMELY UNETHICAL what she did, and should have only reminded his mother that he needed to fill out the change of address form. Please visit and from there, the website can point you in the right direction into filing a complaint against her. Someone needs to know about this, as while it may not be illegal, it is unethical. Best of luck to both of you.

For if she may lose her business so you could sue her business so you could sue her in civil suit would talk to lawyer or call the postal service and the postal service and inform them about.
For if she may lose her in civil suit would talk to open the postal service and inform them about you but to you is not addressed to you could sue her job.
For if she is slander like said would talk about you could sue her job.
For if she is slander like said would talk to open the postal service and the only thing you is slander like said would talk about it dont think she may lose her she can be prosecuted but it they will take care of her in civil suit would talk to lawyer or call the only thing you but it they will take care of.
