If a defense attorney proves beyond a doubt that a wife lied to the jury about her husband hitting her?
DALIAN asked:
If a defense attorney proves beyond a doubt that a wife lied to a jury about her husband hitting her a year earlier would the jury have doubts about her saying she was hit again a year later? There is no pysical evidence, bruises, marks, etc. to support her charge. Does lying about the first time make the second time less believable?
