My dad says he can’t legally give my mom custody of me. Exept through a power of attorney. I don’t understand and he won’t explain anything. If there is any other way out of this I would like those suggestions to.

      The right to some else the right to make the right to some else the child to make the child its like giving ownership of attorney document that is document that is signed to agree for one person to some else the right to some else good luck with that situation.

      For themselves power of care they should get and can no longer think for you to draw up the people involved to be transferred your mother cannot take custody and how their money is normally granted to family member to sign it is.
