Ernesto A asked:

I know who the person im suiing is, but the problem is that I called the Better Business bureau, and they could NOT find any information about the company Im suiing. For my “service type” options, if the court trys to contact the agent for service for the company through the mail, how do they contact the company if the address I have, could not be found by the BBB? I have 1 phone number for the owner, and he rarley answers the phone. Im almost done filing my lawsuit please any advice would be great ( I think the company may be a scam)
