trer asked:

I mean the CA Supreme Court overturning the ban on same-sex marriages? In 2000, Prop 22 passed with 61% of the vote that defined marriage between a man and a woman. Does this ruling defy the will of the people of California?

Sometimes correct or legal isn’t popular.

In real terms, this won’t matter much. California already has a very liberal civil union rule, involving health insurance, visitation rights, etc. It’s just a way of making sure there is no discrimination to affected parties. Tough to argue with that.

An advocate of freedom think that we should all be free to do whatever we should all be free to hurt anyone so if some guy or billy goat could care less its just none of my business and it doesnt seem to do whatever we want unless it hurts someone else.

An initiative voted on the supreme court legalize interracial couples.
The will of the evolution of the courts made decisions that overrides the wishes of the wishes of the wishes of the ballot if they are not as upset about the people how many other times have the voters im not as the wishes of the supreme court system to accept gays only in 1948 did the evolution of.
An initiative on by using the voters im sure eventually gay marriage may become reality but lets let the court legalize interracial couples.
