fruitylucy777 asked:

Hi! I’m doing research for AP Gov, and I came across this thing called “freedom of association.” Although I understand what it is, I’m wondering which Supreme Court case set precedent to produce this principle. Does anybody know?

Freedom of Association is part of the First Amendment to the Constitution.

There are lots of precedents, but they are specific. The concept is in the Bill of Rights.
