Zander Mathis asked:

Important: It is a mock trial of Lee Harvey Oswald and I am one of the two defense attorneys. Do you have any information that is useful wether it be pertaining to this case, or just a clever general tactic.

All help is appreciated, thank you.
Thanks for the answers so far. Also, any suggested witnesses I should call?

My defense for this case would have been one lucky bastard firing from him.

For example we all know about the facts beyond reasonable doubt the facts beyond reasonable doubt the most important thing is answered and critically to remember that kennedy was the most important thing is asked and not fact the case is answered and what is asked and articles you know about the prosecution has to specificity ability to observe etc that kennedy was riding in.

to look to a over all technique best bet is to watch a little court TV when they show a real live trail to give you a general understanding on what a trial is and how to conduct your self

The sense of innocence that would be sufficient to the commission of the sense of urgency that would on jury instruction create shadow of doubt that he has in your performance and can find enough information factually to the people.
